"This is the best evaluation of my performance," – MP Soboliev on his removal as Rada anti-corruption committee chairman

A Member of the Ukrainian Parliament Yehor Soboliev says Ukraine’s president and parliamentary majority are corrupt while his dismissal is the best evaluation of his anti-corruption efforts.
As reported by Censor.NET, he said this on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine immediately after the vote on his dismissal.
"I became the first head of the parliamentary anti-corruption committee in Ukraine’s history who was fired. I believe this is indeed high evaluation of my performance," Soboliev said.
As reported, the Ukrainian lawmakers upheld dismissal of Yehor Soboliev from the post of the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction due to alleged underperformance on Dec. 7.
