Dexterous Soldier or Sergeant with Civil University Degree Can Now Become Ukrainian Army Officer - Butusov

The General Staff of Ukraine allowed the military command to recommend junior enlisted with higher education for promotion to a higher grade.
Censor.NET Chief Editor Yurii Butusov announced on his Facebook page.
"It finally happened! A dexterous soldier or sergeant with civil university degree can now become the Ukrainian Army officer. The most acute need of the armed forces of Ukraine is not tanks or guns but the officers firstly. Yes, this is the most logical and fastest way to replenish the officer corps," the journalist and the military expert said.
