The United Nations is "deeply concerned" by Russian racism against Ukrainians and ethnic groups living in the Russian Federation.

The document states that the Russian army and the Kremlin-controlled PMC continue to violate human rights.
The UN committee is also "concerned" by reports of inciting racial hatred and propagating racist stereotypes against ethnic Ukrainians.
In addition, the report states that forced mobilization is being carried out in Russia, which disproportionately affects ethnic minorities and indigenous peoples.
The UN called on Moscow to stop forced mobilization and human rights violations.
