A Russian Freedom Legion fighter with the call sign Caesar said that Russian partisans who attacked Kremlin forces from Ukraine have "thousands" of people willing to join their ranks and will continue raiding the border until their forces are large enough to storm Moscow.

The fighter said that the 'Freedom of Russia' legion has between 500 and 1,000 fighters.

According to him, they plan to increase their numbers as more and more Russians are ready to rise up against the regime of dictator Vladimir Putin.

"Caesar stressed that the volunteers will first hold "a piece of Russian territory", which in the future "will become a springboard for an offensive on Moscow". According to the volunteers, this is when the "Kremlin campaign" will begin.

Caesar emphasizes that they are all Russian citizens: "We are not criminals and we are not a private military company like Wagner. We are all Russian citizens. Some of us used to serve in the Ukrainian Armed Forces."
