Head of RMA, Klitschko, is responsible for access to shelter

"In each district of the city, the heads of the institutions where the shelters are located and the heads of the districts are responsible for the operation of the shelters. The heads of the RMA are responsible for access and arrangement of the shelters, which are marked on the map of the shelters of the capital.
Regarding the Desnyansky district, the shelter was open at the school next to the polyclinic and there were people in it. All heads of districts were instructed to once again check all shelters!" stressed the head of the city.
Klitschko added that law enforcement officers are currently investigating the polyclinic and its territory in the capital's Desnyansky district. Criminal proceedings have been initiated.
"Three people were killed near the polyclinic last night, one of them a child. A fragment of a rocket fell at the entrance to the medical facility 4 minutes after the air raid alert was announced. And people were heading for shelter.
Now the investigation is establishing whether the shelter was open. Were there people in it? Because, according to rescuers, after the polyclinic was damaged, a group of people were taken out of it," he added.
Also remind, as a result of the rocket attack of the occupiers on Kyiv, 3 people died, including a mother and her 9-year-old daughter. 14 people were also injured, buildings were damaged in three districts of the capital.
A resident of Kyiv, whose wife died during the shelling, said that the shelter was closed. The Kyiv police have started criminal proceedings on the fact that access to the shelter was closed during the air raid alert.
The prosecutor's office said that investigations are ongoing at the polyclinic, where the shelter was not opened. And the guard of the polyclinic was taken to be examined for possible intoxication.
