Death near shelter: Moshkin, guard of polyclinic of Desniansky district of Kyiv, was released under night house arrest
As Censor.NET informs, this was reported by the "Graty" publication.
It is noted that Vadym Moshkin did not open the shelter on the night of June 1. Then the fragments of the rocket fell near the polyclinic. Two women and an 8-year-old girl who tried to get to the shelter died. On June 3, the Holosiivsky District Court of Kyiv sent Moshkin under arrest. At the hearing, he admitted his guilt, but said that he did not have time to open the shelter - the rockets arrived too quickly.
The watchman's lawyer, Serhii Morhun, asked to release Moshkin under a personal obligation to appear before the court and the investigator. He stated that the guard will not run away and will not interfere with the investigation. Prosecutor Denys Tymoshenko insisted that the arrest decision was legal and should remain in force.
