The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, announced that the police of the Lviv region opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding improper functioning of shelters.
According to Censor.NET, this was written by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.
"We received information about at least 10 closed shelters in Lviv during the night shelling. An outrageous situation. So much attention, demands, and strict decisions. And the conclusions by some responsible persons have not been made. The police of the Lviv region opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - Leaving in danger. The culprits must be brought to justice," the message reads.
