Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said at the Russia-Africa summit that he allegedly agrees with the position of the leaders of African states that all contradictions regarding the situation in Ukraine should be resolved through negotiations.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to Putin's speech.

"Of course, we agree that all contradictions should be resolved during negotiations, but the problem is that they refuse to negotiate with us. The essence of the conflict is the creation of threats to the Russian Federation by the USA and NATO, and they refuse to negotiate on issues of equal security for everyone, including Russia. And Ukraine itself is refusing negotiations, they officially announced this and the President of Ukraine passed a corresponding decree on this issue, which prohibits negotiations," Putin assures.

He also cynically states that the Russian Federation is allegedly ready for such negotiations.

"But we cannot impose them," the dictator adds.

Earlier, the Kremlin dictator's spokesman, Dmytro Peskov, said that the Russian Federation allegedly remains "open for negotiations."
