In the morning, users report on social networks that they cannot make calls and send messages, the company's website also does not work.
"On the morning of December 12, a technical failure occurred in the Kyivstar network, as a result of which communication and Internet access services may not be available at part of the subscriber base. The company's specialists are already working on fixing the problem. We apologize to subscribers for temporary difficulties and thank you for your understanding, "said Lelichenko.
At the time of eliminating technical difficulties, Lelichenko advised subscribers to use the National Roaming service.
