Kyivstar suffers another outage

"Dear subscribers, we are aware that there are currently difficulties with voice communication and the mobile app in a number of cities in western and southern Ukraine.
The company's specialists are working to restore services. We are doing our best to fix the technical issues as soon as possible," the statement said.
Users from different regions, including Lviv, Mykolaiv, Kyiv and Poltava oblasts, have reported the absence of mobile communication. Also, subscribers cannot check their accounts by dialing combinations. Therefore, the company advises to use the mobile app or call the hotline.
In addition, there are complaints about the lack of home internet and problems with the My Kyivstar app.
As a reminder, on December 12, Kyivstar mobile operator experienced a large-scale failure. The company said that hackers had suspended the operator's work.
