White House spokesperson Karin Jean-Pierre said that Senate talks on US border security and aid to Ukraine are moving in the right direction.

Jean-Pierre stressed that she hoped the negotiations would move forward quickly. She also reminded us that another aid for this month can be provided to Ukraine.
"You have heard from us how critical this is. If you look at Ukraine and the battlefield, what is happening on the battlefield is painful. They are not getting funding, they are getting less aid," Jean-Pierre urged Congress not to delay the decision.
