The Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Lyman-Kupiansk direction destroyed 63 units of enemy equipment, repelled almost 30 attacks
This was reported by the head of the public relations service of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Volodymyr Fitio, Censor.NET informs.
"Since the beginning of October, the enemy intensified offensive actions, last day the most active were the Kupiansk and Lyman directions. There, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 16 and 13 enemy attacks, respectively," the report says.
The Russians carried out ten airstrikes, actively used bomber-attack aircraft, used 28 kamikaze drones. 410 shots were fired from artillery and mortars.
"In one day, 63 units of Russian equipment were destroyed at Lyman-Kupiansk direction. Among them were nine tanks and 19 armored vehicles," Fitio added.
