Ground forces on situation in Kupiansk direction: "Parking lot" of burned equipment of occupiers has already formed
This was stated by the head of the public relations service of the Ground Forces Command of the AFU, Volodymyr Fitio, on the air of the telethon, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"Yes, near Synkivka, where the fighting continues, where our defenders repelled 5 attacks yesterday... We are just watching and seeing that the Russian invaders are advancing along the same road with the help of tanks, AFVs, and infantry. They are being destroyed there. And repeatedly," he says.
According to Fityo, there has already been a "parking lot" of burned equipment of the occupiers in this direction, so the Armed Forces will continue to monitor whether the enemy will continue to advance despite this.
"Because from a military point of view, knowing that you will be destroyed there and letting people into this attack... Apparently, it is customary for the Russian command to do this. In principle, let this trend continue," he notes.
