One minute of broadcasting of Rada channel costs UAH 1,692 for taxpayers - People’s Deputy Zhelezniak
According to Censor.NET, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak with reference to the contract said that every minute of broadcasting content from "Kinokit" on the Rada channel will cost taxpayers 1,692 hryvnias. This is settled in an investigation by Bihus.Info.

In 2023, according to Prozorro, the TV channel purchased services from the company for UAH 119.9 million. Tymoshenko himself was dismissed from the Prosecutor General's Office on 24 January 2023.
"Kinokit" has been producing content for Rada TV channel since the end of 2021. In particular, in November-December last year, the State Center for the Protection of the Information Space of Ukraine under the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy allocated UAH 83 million for the production of television programs as part of the "United News" telethon. The largest contract from the state-owned enterprise was awarded to "Kinokit" LLC: the company received UAH 24.4 million for a video on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and a series of programs about the war with Russia.
As Bihus.info journalists found out, the "Kinokit" company is linked to former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko. The co-owners of "Kinokit" are Volodymyr Oseledchyk, former general producer of 1+1 TV channel, and Yulia Drozdova, an actress from Odesa. Both are affiliated with the Ukrainian Film School, which was founded by Kyrylo Tymoshenko's wife, Alyona Tymoshenko (Oseledchyk is a lecturer and Drozdova studied there).
