Rivne military commander touches up and kisses women who come to his office

The Ground Forces promise to evaluate both the content of the video and the fact that secret video surveillance was installed in the office.
"An appeal has also been initiated to the relevant law enforcement agencies to assist in the investigation and objective, comprehensive clarification of all the circumstances of the incident," the statement said.
The military did not say anything about the content of the video.
In the video, a man in military uniform (allegedly Yarmoshevych) first kisses one woman in military uniform and then another. The events take place, presumably, at a military workplace.
