Only 109 MPs registered for the March 28 session of the Verkhovna Rada. The Rada did not adopt any decisions. The next meeting is scheduled for two weeks from now.
This was announced in a telegram by People's Deputy from the Voice party Yaroslav Zhelezniak, Censor.NET reports.
"There are only 109 people's deputies in the hall. To be honest, we need to return the Parliament to a normal work schedule. It looks very bad," he wrote.
Zhelezniak noted that the Rada did not vote for any draft law today.
Instead, the deputies did not support three blocking resolutions:
- 9667-1P on clarifying the legal framework for the Fund's regulation of banks' participation in the deposit guarantee system (17 votes);
- 10313P and
- 10313-1P1 on ensuring the rights of military personnel and police officers to social protection (41 and 41 votes).
"This is the end of the meetings in March. It's all... we worked hard," Zhelezniak said.
The next parliamentary session is scheduled to take place in two weeks.
