Ukrainian men abroad will not be able to apply for international passports without military registration certificate - "servant of people" Venislavskyi
According to Censor.NET, citing RBC-Ukraine, this was stated by a member of the Committee, Fedir Venislavskyi.
According to him, the issues that remain to be finalized include the right to defer mobilization in general, as well as for persons who care for persons with disabilities. In addition, they left the issue of incentives for military service and restrictions on failure to appear for the TCR for the end.
He also said that initially, the Committee was inclined to leave only the clause on restrictions on the right to drive a vehicle for the Rada's consideration. However, during the consideration of the amendments themselves, almost all of the listed restrictions were actually removed.
Venislavskyi does not rule out that the Committee will probably continue to discuss the preservation of restrictions on the right to drive vehicles for failure to appear at the TCR.
"Speaking of other restrictions already supported by the Committee in the draft law, a person who is abroad will have to provide a military registration document when applying for a new passport. However, we did not connect the provision of consular services to the military registration document," said the MP
As reported, on 29 March, the Verkhovna Rada Committee completed consideration of all 4269 amendments to the draft law on mobilization
