Preparations for the conscription of Ukrainian teenagers are nearing completion in the temporarily occupied territories.

"The Russians are preparing to conscript teenagers in the east and Crimea, but the lists have already been formed in the south. Recruitment of residents of the occupied territories is a violation of international law, which Russia is once again ignoring.
Currently, the occupiers promise that conscripts will not be sent to serve, but practice shows that they are then recruited to sign a contract and become "volunteers". The enemy pays special attention to recruiting those who have debts," the statement said.
