Persons liable for military service do not need to undergo a military medical commission (MMC) to apply for a reservation from mobilization.
This was stated by Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Valeria Tkach, Censor.NET reports with reference to ZN.ua.
"We are checking whether a person is in the Oberih system and whether he or she is employed by an enterprise that is defined as critical. These are the criteria for booking a person electronically," Tkach said.
According to her, the booked employees also do not need to undergo the MMC before the booking expires. These legislative provisions have already come into force.
