Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that he allegedly received an offer for negotiations with Ukraine through Turkey and agreed. However, Volodymyr Zelenskyy allegedly refused the next day.

As Censor.NET informs with reference to the Russian mass media, Putin stated this at the BRICS summit.

"Erdogan's assistant called directly from New York and said that there are new proposals for negotiations that they ask to be considered. I agreed, said: well, we agree. The next day, Zelenskyy said that he is not going to hold any negotiations with us," the dictator said.

He did not disclose the details of the offer.

Also recall that Putin said that Russia is ready to consider any options for peace agreements to end the war in Ukraine, "based on the realities on the ground," and is not ready "for anything else."

On March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Maria Oleksiivna Lvova-Belova, who is the representative of the Russian President for children.

Putin and Lvova-Belova are suspected of committing the war crime of illegal deportation of children from the occupied regions of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, which took place at least since February 24, 2022.
