The "Army+" app has now launched the function of submitting a report to change the place of service.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defence, Censor.NET reports.
"From now on, members of the Armed Forces can quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy submit an application for transfer to another unit. The process is as convenient as possible and takes only about 15 minutes," Defence Minister Rustem Umerov said.
Important.
- To submit a report, you will need a military ID card or officer's certificate and a letter of recommendation from the unit to which the serviceman plans to transfer. Additionally, a conclusion of a MMC may be required for transfers due to health reasons;
- Commander's consent is not required to submit a report, as well as the Army ID of the commander - the request is automatically sent to the Personnel Centre of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where it will be considered within 72 hours;
- In some cases, the Personnel Centre directly applies to military unit commanders for approval. In particular, for transfers between rear units or between combat brigades. Approval is also required if the serviceman is an officer or holds an officer's position;
- In case of refusal in "Army+", clear reasons must be given. For example, transfers are prohibited for servicemen who have served in their unit for less than 6 months or less than a year has passed since the previous transfer at the initiative of the serviceman.
Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1291 of 12.11.2024 clearly defines all the grounds for refusal.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that military personnel would be simplified in their transfers between units: work is underway to create a digital service.
