All reservations from December 1 will be made through "Diia" - Shmyhal
Reservations for mobilization from 1 December 2024 will be made through "Diia".
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Censor.NET reports.
"All bookings from 1 December will be made through Diia. There will be monthly monitoring of businesses and organizations to ensure that they meet all the criteria. Responsible ministries have been instructed to explain in detail all aspects and logic of the updated system. All questions must be answered comprehensively," the statement said.
For all those who already have deferrals, there will be a transition period to the new conditions until 28 February, the Prime Minister said.
Thus, by 28 February, all companies must renew their employees' bookings in accordance with the new conditions, regardless of how and when they were made.
The Cabinet of Ministers has updated the booking criteria and criteria for obtaining criticality
"First of all, regional and sectoral criteria for the criticality of enterprises will now be agreed with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Economy.
For the private sector, the salary criterion and the absence of debts to the budget are now mandatory points for booking employees. In particular, the average salary of the company and the booked employee must be at least 2.5 minimum wages. This will reduce the risk of abuse when companies hire a person for the sake of a "shadow" booking agreement," the Prime Minister explained.
Reservation from mobilisation
On 26 October, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed to partially restore reservations for persons liable for military service.
Earlier, the government suspended the procedure for recognizing enterprises as critical, which allowed them to hire employees until 15 November.
According to media reports, this decision was made because President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was outraged by the reservation of 1.5 million people from mobilization.
