Late in the evening of 18 November, the enemy cynically attacked a dormitory building in one of the educational institutions in Hlukhiv, Sumy region.

According to rescuers, there are already 10 dead as a result of an enemy strike in Hlukhiv. One of them is a child.
The number of injured has increased to 13, including 3 children.
"Three people are probably trapped under the rubble of a partially destroyed dormitory building," the statement said.
Rescuers are continuing to clear the rubble and search for people.
