UK to allocate $9.5 million to purchase drones for Ukraine

The UK government has announced its intention to allocate approximately $9.5 million for the purchase of attack and reconnaissance UAVs for Ukraine.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.
"The government is announcing additional military support of £7.5 million ($9.5 million - Ed.) for the purchase of new attack and reconnaissance drones," the UK Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
The UAVs will be transferred to Ukraine through a coalition of countries that are engaged in joint drone procurement led by the UK and Latvia.
