A fire breaks out in a high-rise apartment in Kyiv due to an enemy drone attack.

This was reported by the head of the KCMA Serhii Popko in his telegram channel, Censor.NET reports.

"As a result of a drone attack by the Russian armed forces on Kyiv, debris fell in the Dniprovskyi district of the city.
A fire broke out in an apartment of a multi-storey residential building. Information about the victims is being clarified," the statement said.

No further information is available at this time.

Later, the KCMA clarified that after a detailed examination and clarification of the data, the fall of debris as a result of the drone attack in the Dniprovskyi district was not confirmed. The fire in the residential building was caused by a household appliance. The fire has been extinguished. The operational update is constantly being updated and clarified.
