"Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on the center of Odesa. There are victims. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, was damaged," he said in a statement.
According to preliminary information from the spokesman for the Ukrainian Volunteer Army "South" Serhii Bratchuk, the enemy used an Iskander-M ballistic missile.
According to Ukrinform, the first deputy head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Kharlov, reported five wounded as a result of a Russian missile strike on the center of Odesa. The victims were hospitalized.
"There are dense residential buildings around, a dental clinic, a pharmacy, and no hints that there are military or any other targets that would be of interest to the enemy. I believe that, perhaps, the main goal of the enemy is to intimidate the civilian population of Odesa region," he said.
As a reminder, on the morning of November 25, an explosion occurred in Odesa. At first, it was reported that a reconnaissance UAV was flying over the city, and later the Air Force reported a missile fired in the direction of the city.
