Who Ukrainians would choose as president: Zaluzhnyi in the lead

42% of Ukrainian citizens would vote for Valeriy Zaluzhnyi in the presidential election.

According to Censor.NET, this is evidenced by a study by the Social Monitoring Center.

Thus, citizens were asked who they would vote for if the presidential election were held next week.

42% of respondents named the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and now Ambassador to the UK Valeriy Zaluzhnyi.

For the current president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, 22% of respondents would vote.

The head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, would be supported by 18%, and the fifth president, Petro Poroshenko, by 10%.

The study was commissioned by American Political Services, LLC from November 15 to 21, 2014. A total of 1,200 respondents were interviewed. Standard deviations at 99% confidence level for variables ranging from 0.1:0.9 to 0.5:0.5 are 1.8-2.9%.
