Most Ukrainian citizens would not like President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to run for a second term
This is evidenced by a study by the Social Monitoring Centre, Censor.NET reports.
Thus, 34% of respondents believe that the current head of state should run for a second term.
At the same time, 61% of respondents believe that Zelenskyy should not run for a second presidential term.
Citizens also answered questions about holding elections during martial law.
Thus, even if holding elections was a condition for international partners to continue their support, 62% do not support them. And 27% are in favour.
The survey was commissioned by American Political Services, LLC from 15 to 21 November 2014. A total of 1200 respondents were interviewed. The standard deviations at 99% confidence level for the ratio of variables from 0.1:0.9 to 0.5:0.5 are 1.8-2.9%.
