This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Dnipro RMA Serhii Lysak, Censor.NET reports.
"As a result of an enemy attack on the Dniprovsky district, three fires occurred. A shop, an apartment building, and a private house caught fire. Rescuers are extinguishing the fire. Preliminary, there are victims," the official said.
