MPs of the "Servant of the People" party are going to make a number of decisions this week that will violate the agreements with the IMF and the EU.
This was announced on Facebook by the head of the AntAC Vitalii Shabunin, Censor.NET reports.
"This parliamentary week, the ‘servants’ are going to deceive the IMF twice and the EU once (which means they are going to hit the Western aid for Ukraine).
1) Instead of completely killing "Lozovyi's amendments", they leave the key scheme of covering up top corrupt officials - the one used by Yermak's office to cover up Tatarov (details in the video in the comments)
2) Instead of creating an independent High Administrative Court, they are trying to reincarnate the DACK, thus levelling the role of international experts in the selection of judges.
3) Instead of restoring the confiscation of property of top corrupt officials (under agreements), which was previously killed by the Rada, they are trying to kill investigative journalists and their sources. 8 years in jail for information from the registers about the border crossings and luxury property of the officials," he said.
According to Shabunin, the first two points are IMF requirements, and the third is EU requirements.
"Our government has agreed with partners and then demonstratively abandons them... The collaborator part of the OP is doing everything to help the enemy undermine Western assistance to Ukraine. We must admit that they have chosen the perfect moment for this," concluded the AntAC head.
