Russian dictator Vladimir Putin arrived in Minsk on Friday, December 6, for a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State. Russia and Belarus are going to sign a "security guarantee agreement".

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Russian media.

According to Putin, an agreement on "security guarantees" within the framework of the Union State will be signed between Russia and Belarus in Minsk on Friday, December 6.

"Security guarantees between Russia and Belarus provide for the use of all forces, including Russian nuclear weapons," the Russian dictator said.

At the same time, Lukashenka said that Minsk and Moscow's plans to sign a security agreement "excited our partners in the West too much."

Putin also once again accused the West of starting Russia's war against Ukraine.

"Western countries continue to escalate the situation in Ukraine, which is pushing the world towards a global conflict," he said.
