"Putin had previously announced terms of peace talks. Ukraine continues to refuse" - Peskov
Russia's conditions for starting negotiations to end the war in Ukraine were previously announced by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
This was stated by the spokesman of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov in a commentary to the Russian media, Censor.NET reports.
"The terms of peace talks were announced by Putin earlier, but Ukraine continues to refuse to negotiate and does not change its position," Peskov said.
He also assured that the alleged Russian losses in the war in Ukraine, voiced by Donald Trump, are not true.
As reported, Trump earlier said that Russia had lost 600,000 soldiers in the war against Ukraine, so it was unable to help Assad. He also assured that Zelenskyy and Ukraine would like to make a deal and stop the madness. According to him, Ukraine has lost 400,000 soldiers and many more civilians.
For his part, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that Putin is sick of war. He can only be stopped by force. The only thing he is afraid of is America and the unity of the world.
