Israeli, German, and Korean scenarios are being considered to end war in Ukraine - Rzeczpospolita
There are three options for providing Ukraine with security guarantees in the event of a war freeze - German, Korean, and Israeli.
According to Censor.NET, the Polish edition Rzeczpospolita writes about this.
The German way
The German model involves accepting a country into NATO even without finalizing its borders, as was the case with Germany in 1955.
"However, America does not want this, and neither does Germany," the publication says.
Israeli and Korean models
It envisages massive arms deliveries to Ukraine even after the conclusion of peace. However, this path is also questionable, given the budgetary difficulties in both the United States and Europe.
Another model is the Korean one. It is based on the example of an international peacekeeping mission that has been guarding the demarcation line between South and North Korea for more than 70 years.
According to Camille Grand, former NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defense Investment, it is on this third model, with elements of the first and second models, that security guarantees for Ukraine will be built.
To recap, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine could work on French President Emmanuel Macron's proposal to send some troops to Ukraine until it joins NATO.
