The enemy has occupied three settlements in Donetsk region.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the DeepState telegram channel.

"The map has been updated. The enemy has occupied Makarivka, Sukhi Yaly and Zelenivka, and advanced near Stari Terny, Novodarivka, Vovkove, Novovasylivka, Novoielyzavetivka, Novoolenivka, Ukrainka, Zoria, Storozheve and Kurakhove," the message says.

"The Defence Forces broke out of Makarivka, as of 23.12 there are no surrounded units in the village," DeepState added.

Earlier, DeepState reported that Russian troops continue to cut the Vremivskyi ledge in Donetsk region, which threatens to encircle Ukrainian defenders in the area of Velyka Novosilka.

Subsequently, the OSGT "Khortytsia" stated that the information about the encirclement of the Ukrainian Defence Forces in Makarivka in the Vremivskyi direction, which was spread by the media, was not true.
