There are no preconditions for ending war in Ukraine - Peskov

The Russian side believes that there are currently no preconditions for ending the war in Ukraine.
This was stated by the spokesman for dictator Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, to the Russian propaganda news agency "RIA Novosti", Censor.NET reports.
"There are no preconditions for the end of the Ukrainian conflict (as Russia calls the war in Ukraine - Ed.) or any of its phases," Peskov assured.
Earlier, Peskov also said that there had been no "impulses" for a meeting between Trump and Putin.
