Ukraine produces more than 96% of drones for frontline - Shmyhal
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that more than 1.2 million drones have been purchased through the Army of Drones.
He said this during a government meeting, Censor.NET reports.
"In the drone segment, domestic products account for more than 96%. More than 1.2 million drones have been purchased through the Army of Drones project. Ukraine produces more self-propelled artillery systems than any other country in the free world. The missile program has made significant progress. Ukrainian long-range weapons have been created," he noted.
In addition, the prime minister said, the so-called "Danish model" of loading the Ukrainian defense industry has been launched.
"That is, partners help Ukraine by purchasing weapons for Ukraine from Ukrainian enterprises. We managed to attract almost $1 billion," he added.
