Did Ukraine receive all Patriots promised by NATO?

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has not yet received all the air defense systems it was promised during the NATO summit in Washington in July 2024.

He said this in an interview for a telethon, Censor.NET reports.

"I consider the decision in Washington about five additional Patriots to be a serious achievement in terms of NATO. Not all of them have been delivered yet, but the decision is positive and irreversible course of our membership in NATO, which was supported by all the countries of the Alliance," the Head of State said.

Earlier, the president said that Ukraine had repeatedly asked the United States to provide licenses for the production of Patriot air defense systems to protect Ukrainian skies from Russian air attacks.

Also, according to Zelenskyy, Ukraine needs an additional 10-12 Patriot systems to finally close the sky from Russian air attacks.
