According to preliminary estimates, the winner was a well-coordinated team of specialists with an understanding of anti-corruption policy and the legal sector, as well as people with experience in meeting the needs of the army and direct military service.

This was reported by Censor.NET journalist Tetiana Nikolaienko on Facebook.

"The voting is closed! According to the preliminary results, we have won. Thank you for your support. 100 thousand people took part in the elections! I don't think this has ever happened in the elections of any community council. This is a huge challenge and responsibility. But it also means that you have seen our work," wrote Nikolaienko.

The journalist expressed hope that the results would be approved, despite the likely large number of dissatisfied people.

"And I hope even more that we will show even better results in the next two years," added Nikolaienko.

According to published unofficial information, veteran and civic activist Yurii Hudymenko received more than 65,000 votes, followed by journalist Tetiana Nikolaienko (more than 43,000).

Other preliminary members of the Public Anti-Corruption Council under the Ministry of Defence are Anastasiia Shuba, Mykyta Soloviov, Mykyta Shtankov, Oresta Brit, Olena Nyshporka, Oleh Chernov, Maksym Kostetskyi, Viktor Bishchuk, Olena Trehub, Kateryna Datsenko, Anton Mykytiuk, Vitalii Masiuk, and Viktor Prudkovskyh.

As a reminder, on 7 January, from 9:00 to 21:00, elections to the Public Anti-Corruption Council under the Ministry of Defence took place. The PAC was due to be re-elected in April 2024, but the Ministry was not keen on having a legitimate council. On 26 December 2024, the voting for new members of the PAC did not take place due to a malfunction of the MoD website.
