Russian Defence Ministry announces alleged downing of 32 drones over 7 regions of Russia
The Russian Ministry of Defence claims that on the night of Wednesday, 8 January 2025, Russian air defence allegedly intercepted 32 Ukrainian drones over the territory of seven regions of Russia.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the hostile Ministry of Defence.
"Eleven UAVs were destroyed over the Saratov region, four over the Kursk and Rostov regions, three over the Belgorod and Bryansk regions, two over the Krasnodar region, one over the Volgograd region and four over the Sea of Azov," the report said.
The Russian Ministry of Defence has traditionally kept silent on the consequences of the attack.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that Saratov and Engels were under a massive drone attack at night: there were fires and an enterprise was damaged.
