Occupiers recruit Ukrainians to Russian state structures through new programs - NRC
The occupation authorities of Russia have launched a new campaign to recruit residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the state structures of the Russian Federation.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the National Resistance Center.
The Kremlin is creating a system in which the social elevator works only through loyalty to the occupation regime and service in its favor.
As noted, one of the recruitment tools is the "Intern of the Ministry of Education" program. It is aimed at graduates of pseudo-universities established in the occupied territories. After the internship, participants are promised jobs in the occupation administrations.
In this way, the occupiers are trying to overcome the acute staff shortage in the temporarily occupied territories, as well as to involve as many Ukrainians as possible in collaboration activities. This approach is aimed at creating mutual responsibility and ensuring the stability of the Russian occupation regime.
