Peskov: Security guarantees for Russia are integral part of possible negotiations

The spokesman for the Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov said that Russia wants security guarantees as part of negotiations on the war in Ukraine.
According to Censor.NET, he was quoted by Russian propagandists.
"There are no prerequisites for resuming negotiations on Ukraine yet, Kyiv refuses to engage in dialogue. Security guarantees for Russia are an integral part of possible negotiations on a Ukrainian settlement," Peskov said.
Earlier, Peskov said that Putin was ready to meet with US President-elect Donald Trump, but that this allegedly requires "political will."
The Russian side believes that there are currently no preconditions for ending the war in Ukraine.
