The Russian Foreign Ministry insists that security guarantees should exclude the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO.
This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko, Censor.NET reports citing Russian media.
Russia will demand guarantees that exclude Ukraine's membership in NATO, he said.
According to Grushko, Ukraine's accession to NATO excludes the achievement of peace and the creation of any security architecture.
Earlier it was reported that the US President's team was ready to provide Ukraine with security guarantees, but discussions on this issue are still ongoing.
