The attack on the Ryazan Oil Refinery and Ryazan TPP was organized by the SSU and the Special Operations Forces.

UAVs attacked the Ryazan Oil Refining Company. This is one of the largest refineries in Russia with a processing capacity of 17 million tons of oil per year.
The attack set fire to at least 3 tanks, as well as a workshop with a diesel and jet fuel hydrotreatment unit.
Locals reported more than 50 explosions.
The Ryazan oil pumping station and the Ryazan Thermal Power Plant were also attacked.
