Ruscists are advancing on southern flank of Pokrovsk - National Guard
The Russian invaders continue to conduct active offensive actions near the settlements in the area of Pokrovsk, as well as on the southern flank of the city.
According to Censor.NET with reference to Ukrinform, this was stated by the spokesman for the National Guard Ruslan Muzychuk.
According to him, since the beginning of the day, 11 combat engagements have taken place in the Pokrovsk sector in the area of responsibility of the National Guard units.
"The enemy continues to conduct offensive actions against localities in the vicinity of Pokrovsk and on the southern flank of the city. To this end, it continues to concentrate its infantry groups," noted Muzychuk.
The spokesman added that due to the fog, aerial reconnaissance cannot always effectively detect targets on the far approaches, so the occupants are trying to actively use infantry groups of two or three to 10 people.
The occupants are also trying to actively use FPV drones, artillery and mortars.
He noted that in recent days, the occupiers have hardly used armored vehicles to conduct assault operations in the Pokrovske direction, using lightly armored vehicles, cars, and motorcycles instead.
