The Ukrainian defence forces hit the Volgograd oil refinery, which is one of the largest in Russia.
This was announced by the head of the Centre for Countering Disinformation, Andrii Kovalenko, Censor.NET reports.
"Its design refining capacity is about 14 million tonnes of oil per year, making it the sixth largest refinery in Russia.
The refinery produces petrol, diesel fuel, fuel oil and aviation fuel," the report said.
