Russians shell Seredyna-Buda in Sumy region: wounding man
On the afternoon of February 3, Russian troops shelled the town of Seredyna-Buda, Shostka district, Sumy region, injuring a civilian man.

Under the procedural supervision of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes is underway.
According to the investigation, on February 3, 2025, at about 11:00 a.m., the occupiers from the territory of the Russian Federation fired on the civilian infrastructure of Seredyna-Buda, Shostka district.
As a result, a 59-year-old man was injured and hospitalized.
As noted, prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.
As a reminder, the spokesman for the Siversk operational and tactical group of troops, Colonel Vadym Mysnyk, said that Russian troops are intensifying shelling in Chernihiv and Sumy regions. The enemy is targeting civilian and critical infrastructure.
