Emergency power outages introduced in eight regions of Ukraine - "Ukrenergo" (updated)
On the morning of 4 February 2025, emergency power cuts will be introduced in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
Censor.NET reports this with reference to DTEK's press centre.
"At the command of Ukrenergo, emergency blackouts are being applied again today in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions," the statement said.
No further information is available at this time.
Later, it became known that on the command of NPC "Ukrenergo", today, 4 February, emergency power outages were also partially applied in Cherkasy region.
According to "Ukrenergo", as a result of damage caused by enemy missile and drone attacks to electricity generation and transmission facilities, emergency blackouts were introduced today in Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk (partially) and Cherkasy (partially) regions.
