Precision strike was carried out on enemy command center in Kursk region, resulting in significant losses among enemy personnel - General Staff
On 3 February 2025, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted a precision strike on the control centre of one of the Russian Armed Forces units near the village of Novoivanivka in the Kursk region.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the General Staff.
As noted, this control point was located on the territory of an abandoned building and was used to coordinate the offensive actions of Russian troops against Ukrainian defenders in the Kursk direction. As a result of the operation, the facility sustained significant damage, which led to significant losses among enemy personnel.
"Thanks to carefully planned actions, we managed to minimise the risks to the civilian population. Our goal is to destroy all key command and control points and other enemy military facilities until the Russian aggression is completely stopped," the General Staff said.
On 31 January 2025, the Defence Forces struck at the command post of the Kursk group of troops of the Russian Armed Forces in the city of Rylsk, Kursk region.
