The enemy in the Kupiansk region launched another so-called "carousel" assault, using armored vehicles.
According to Censor.NET, the commander of the "Achilles" Battalion of the 92nd SAB, Yurii Fedorenko, said this on the air of the telethon.
The occupants' "carousel" looked like a tank with trawls and several units of lightly armored vehicles, which served as a kind of taxi for assault infantry," the military said.
He emphasized that in the battle, the Defense Forces destroyed all of the enemy's assault potential that was moving toward Ukrainian positions.
"We managed to detect the enemy promptly. We managed to inflict combined fire and destroy them. Four boxes on the battlefield are now on fire. All the assault potential that was moving in our direction has now been destroyed," Fedorenko said.
