NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte commented on reports of a possible Russian attack on NATO countries, saying that the Alliance's response would be devastating.
According to Censor.NET, Rutte said this during a press conference before the Ramstein meeting.
"If Putin is going to attack NATO, he shouldn't even think about it. He will lose. The reaction will be devastating. We know how powerful NATO's defense capabilities are," Rutte said.
Earlier, Danish intelligence said that Russia is actively rearming and could start a new war with a European country if NATO does not rearm in parallel with Moscow's army.
